Terms and Conditions

By using any of the Services or signing up to use an account through CryptoFlare (the “Website”) or any of our associated websites (including, without limitation, the technology and the platform integrated therein), Chats and/or any and all related applications (collectively, the “CryptoFlare Site”), you agree that you have read, understood and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as all of the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

1. User Account

  1. You are not allowed to register or use your account through proxy, vpn's, hide my "ass", Lan Groups, Internet cafe, etc.

  2. You are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts, use fake infos or share their payment processors between them and others members.

  3. You are not allowed to login more than one account on the same computer or IP address. This includes family, friends, co-workers and using your account on public computers.

  4. You are not allowed to use any VPS / Proxy server to access or use this website. We expect you to use this website from your personal device, using your real IP address. If you use VPS / Proxy Server, your payout request will be rejected and your account will be suspended.

  5. Any attempts to overload our server will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

  6. If you bring directly or indirectly any kind of prejudicial to our website, its owners and to the staff team will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

  7. Usage of AdBlockers and Script blockers is prohibited and the same will lead to suspension of the account.

  8. We Reserve the right to delete/suspend accounts by providing specific reasons and explanations, the decision of the admins will be final.

2. Referrals

  1. You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.

  2. We don't allow using services that are selling referrals, our staff will verify and if you account will be suspected of breaking this rule, this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

  3. You agree not to be compensated by the loss of any referrals referred by inactivity which might be deleted or suspended by inactivity or any other cause.

  4. You are never allowed to change your upline which will remain private.

  5. Referral Commissions might slightly differ and not be exact according to the mentioned values, also for some features the commissions maybe lower/higher or null. We don't guarantee/provide accurate or exact earnings from referrals and you will not be compensated in such case

  6. Some referrals might not be counted under you because of various possible reasons and they will not be allocated under you if not automatically registered in database and no compensation for the same will be given.

3. Payments & Deposits & Withdrawals

  1. All your Deposits/Orders are final and non reversible/refundable.

  2. All payments should be done through our own or integrated partners' websites only.

  3. We Will not be responsible for any funds which get stuck/delayed in blockchain or with the payment processor(s) and cannot be held liable for the same.

  4. Some of the Deposits might not get credited exactly due to constant fluctuations in Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency market rates and due to other factors, no compensation will be provided for inaccurate Deposits.

  5. We reserve the right to cancel & reject any withdrawal with explanation.

  6. Some of the Withdrawals may not be sent exactly of what requested and a slight difference might occur, no compensation will be provided for that.

  7. We reserve the right to Modify existing fees and/or add/remove fees on deposits and withdrawals without prior notice.

  8. We are not responsible if payments sent from our site don't arrive in your third party wallets or own wallet i.e if the Withdrawal is sent but doesn't reach the desired destination and cannot be held liable for that.

4. Refund Policy

  1. The purchase of any Subscription from this website are non-refundable.

5. Anticheat & Account Suspension

  1. You should know that each time you wanna do a "fishy" and "happy" thing our system will save this log.

  2. You should know that if you try to "Bot", "hack", "sql injection", "xss passthrought" and others "happy" things this will lead to the permanent suspension of your account and legal procedures might be taken against you by approaching Cyber Crime department of your country.

  3. You must not Interfere with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.

  4. We reserve the rights to suspend your account for any valid reason from our tos, or related to it.

  5. If your account is suspended for any reason you cannot ask a refund, your account will be "wiped" (stats, referrals).

  6. You may not create or use any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.

6. Revenue Shares & Gambling

  1. We reserve the right to change the Revenue share APY/APR rate without prior notice.

  2. Any investments made on the site do not guarantee/assure profits on them.

  3. The Revenue share profit accured might not be fully accurate due to various reasons and no compensation will be provided for the same.

  4. There might be delay sometimes in profit crediting process and some days might be missed due to technical errors, no compensation will be provided in such condition.

  5. By using the "Dice", "Rev Share" & "Games" Feature on the site you agree that Gambling and using of such services to generate asset income is legal in your country, the user themselves will be responsible for using these features and we cannot be held responsible for any losses or legal difficulties faced by the user.

7. Liability

  1. We won't be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to us and therefore beyond our control.

  2. We won't be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements, this include every 3rd party company on which we depend.

  3. We are not responsable for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It is your responsability to declare what you've received and pay your country taxes.

  5. We can suspend your account if you dont agree to our terms and your account will be suspended.

  6. We are not responsible for the investments you make.

  7. We are not responsible for the activity of Direct, Rented Referrals, and by buying or renting them you are fully aware of that.

  8. We have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed.
